One must have great guts in dealing with other people and this is what could matter most in sales handling. Through conversation and one who has guts could easily convince others to a product or services being offered without any hassle. One way of obtaining guts is through constant practice coupled with a great knowledge of the products being promoted as well as self confidence.

• Fair sports through being open-minded. A good sales agent is one that could fairly accept that not all people could be pleased easily. On sales management, it is very important that the agent must possess this characteristic of being able to accept defeat sometimes, defeat in a sense of non-sales of course. Without it of course, he would never grow as a salesperson as well as an individual of good understanding. It is important to accept defeat because it could help one to strive hard and do best to be successful in sales. Being a sales agent, challenges are always there so one should be broad-minded in order to find ways to increase sales. One should have fighting spirit always to fight trials in sales.
