Body Building Programs – Which One Will Work For You?
When deciding on one of the many different types of bodybuilding programs you want to make sure you are making an educated decision. You see, I myself have gone through many different programs that are out there and most of the time it really didn’t help. I want to tell you about a few things that I’ve noticed and come across in many different bodybuilding programs that either stalled or stopped my progress early.
You see, first of all, I have to say that most bodybuilding programs just have the same stuff that is common sense rehashed over and over again. This is probably the most commonly occurring theme. Yes, we already know that protein is important in building muscle. Yes, we already know that you need to take breaks between your workouts and take day(s) off. Then of course, we have the second most common phenomenon that probably has to be the worst of them all, and that is bodybuilding programs that just don’t work. Oh, and believe me they are out there and some of them may even be ones you recognize as the biggest “names” in bodybuilding.
I would like to conclude that one of the most common occurring themes is coming across and buying a program that probably works, but not for you. What I mean is that different people have different body types, different genes, different metabolisms, etc. And what may work for you, may not work for someone else and vice versa. Every person is an individual when it comes to bodybuilding programs. So, instead of asking “What’s the best program out there?” You might want to rephrase that and ask, “Which programs are best for me?” This is probably one of the most important things in finding a program that is geared towards you.
Now, I may or may not be able to help you out. Dear Reader I do not know you nor am I aware of your personal situation in the bodybuilding department. However, I can tell you what my situation was once and what worked for me. Before I achieved the body I only once dreamed of (not there yet, but almost) I was a frustrated young man 26 years old 6’1 tall and weighing 135 pounds. Yeah, kind of pathetic—I know. So me personally, I’ve always been a hardgainer, someone who couldn’t seem to gain any weight, let alone muscle mass, no matter what I ate or drank. So if you’re a chubby-girl, read no further because the program I’m about to mention is specifically for my type, if you’re a skinny hardcore- read on.
So, in the interest of avoiding some horrible flashbacks to money and more importantly wasting time on some of the most useless bodybuilding programs in existence, I’ll keep this short. I won’t go into too many details but I will say that I’ve probably gone through about 4-5 different programs with very little success. Then just as I thought I was going to give up and tell my parents how much I disapproved of the genes they left me with, I came across the “No Nonsense Muscle Building Program”. At first I was a bit skeptical and I tried to tell myself not to do it, but to be honest I think I just got sucked in by the sales page. You’ll understand what I’m talking about when you see it. That dude is probably a better salesman than a fitness trainer, and I think the allocation is telling. However I purchased the program and was surprised at what I found.
Not surprised by the results, but surprised that I found what appeared to be mostly original material, and the material seemed mostly geared towards me and my bony butt. To make a long story short, the program works. duration It worked and I started seeing really impressive results in a very short period of time. Right now I weigh 173 pounds. I’d say it’s probably almost all muscle. I’m pretty satisfied with myself and I even ended up dumping my fat-ass girlfriend onto some of my status. Yes, I’m kind of an arrogant ass but if you’ve got your body where mine and others like it, you can be too. Trust me, I’ve always been polite—it’s easy to be polite when you’re skinny. Anyway, thanks for making me proud and tickling my ego a little.
